Well we have have been home for nearly 2 weeks and have been busy catching up with work, grandchildren and a family wedding.
Please accept our deepest thanks for the wonderful experiences we had in Peru. Although Machu Pichu was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip, every day had highlights that we will long remember.
Your company is to be congratulated for its organisation of our tour – always as detailed in the itinerary and with a minimum of fuss – everything like clockwork
Your business partners – drivers, bus, train and domestic air services – were always punctual, courteous and informative.
Accommodation was excellent and mostly very centrally located so we could explore each location on our own and indulge in the culinary delights of Peru
Your guides – Sofia, Carla, Milly, Joshua, Marita and especially Pasqual are to be commended for their knowledge and passion for their country and culture
We will be pleased to recommend your company to anyone wishing to travel in Peru.

Our return to Quebec went very well, even though a few of us had some stomach problems (though that was to be expected!)

Concerning the organization of our tour, we had such a fantastic time!! All of us, the adults as well as the kids, loved experiencing all those diverse landscapes and regions! We also really loved our guides who showed us around your beautiful country, including Capi (Corto Maltes Lodge), Honorio (Salkantay Trek) and Ider (mountain-biking in the Sacred Valley). I’d also like to give a special shout-out to Antonio, our chef during the Salkantay trek, who was able to prepare some gastronomical meals for us despite the rudimentary conditions of the camping trip.

We’ve been back from our Peruvian tour for about a week and as promised, here is my review of these brilliant 17 days, which I’m sending with even better memories as the tour was such a great success. We’d like to thank Paprika Tours and its collaborators for putting together an itinerary which fit our preferences perfectly, and for making sure it all ran smoothly.

We felt constantly accompanied by competent, attentive and friendly professional who met up with us 4 times over the whole tour to make sure everything was going well. That’s quite rare, to be honest! The guides were great, especially Rosa at Lake Titicaca (an ethnography specialist) and Oscar in Cusco, who helped us relive the Inca splendor with nostalgia and enthusiasm). The drivers were also great company, particularly José M and José Luis. The hotels were particularly well chosen and cozy.

The program was designed to give us some free time to relax and explore at our own pace, and was based on a perfect mix of nature, history, and the more modern side of Peru as well. We were never bored, for sure.

We came back delighted with our stay in this beautiful country, and we would highly recommend your agency to all those who’d like to follow in our footsteps!

Unfortunately our trip to Peru has already come to an end.

We were very much satisfied with our services. Everything was very well organized. The drivers were always present and on time. As for the guides, they were all very interesting and helpful (apart from in Cusco, where we felt that our guide did a rather rush job on our tour).

The buses were always first-class and comfortable. The hotels were always well located and cozy (apart from the one in Ollantaytambo, which left a little to be desired).

Also, the itinerary was very well planned, with a few lovely surprises thrown in along the way! In a nutshell, it was an amazing trip and we’ll be sure to recommend Paprika Tours if ever we can!

Our tour around the South of Peru from the 23rd of july to the 6th of august went very well. Despite our day’s delay because of our train / airplane connection, your team did its very best to handle that problem.

We’re more than happy with our trip to Peru, which will always remain for us a memorable and welcoming country, so full of diversity and riches. The tour went really well thanks to your endearing, punctual and helpful team (guides, drivers etc!).

We let ourselves be completely guided by the agency: no stress, no long lines, but at the same time we felt very much independent and on our own romantic trip. Pure bliss! Thank you again to César, Antonio and the others with whom we hope to stay in touch if we ever go back!

Traveling to Peru was a dream of ours, and it came true thanks to your team. There’s so much more we still have to see though!! Our next travel project: the North of Peru with a Bolivian extension and the Amazon rainforest!!

Hello everyone,

It has now been 3 weeks since we got back from our wonderful trip. Returning to real life has been difficult. We came back with some wonderful memories, of the always changing, beautiful landscapes. We loved every moment. The organization, meeting points and reactivity were impeccable.

We were surprised by the discretion of the Peruvians we met, we were actually hoping for more contact, to get to know more locals.

We would love to thank the guides who accompanied us along the tour for their kindness and the quality of their work: Mariano, Pierrick, Raoul and especially Marco in Pisco, Arnaud at Lake Titicaca and Ruth in Cusco, for her kindness and for taking us to the doctor.

Looking at all the pictures we took during our trip, we always think back to the beauty of the landscapes, but also to the many people we met along the way, be it guides, members of your team or local Peruvians! Aside from the Uros and Amantani islands which seemed much too touristy (thankfully the stunning landscapes of Lake Titicaca and the Taquile islands made up for it!) we can only congratulate you on the suggested itinerary! We also very much appreciated your initiative in helping us leave Cusco quickly due to a two-day strike.

Sadly, all good things must come to an end: we got back to Paris last night.

We wanted to thank you for the smooth organization of our trip, and your team’s great professionalism, especially when our itinerary had to be adjusted after my husband was taken ill with food poisoning!

We will keep nothing but excellent memories from our Peruvian adventure, it really is a magnificent country. We absolutely loved the buggy experience in the desert, the gorgeous spectacle which was the flight of the Condors in the Colca Canyon, as well as the stunning Machu Picchu!!

Thank you for the organization of our trip to Peru and Bolivia, from September 30^th to October 19^th. Everything was perfect: the organization, hotels, transport, and reactivity (thanks to you, we weren´t affected by the strike, and were able to spend a night on Amantani Island instead).

We are used to traveling by ourselves, so being “guided” in this way was very much a luxury which we might have gotten used to! We would gladly respond to any questions from other travelers in order to help them plan their trip.

Despite being retired, we have little patience for the ponderousness of most organized tours, regardless of the tour operator. We chose a more personalized, “à la carte” formula offered by Paprika Tours and it turned out to be an excellent choice! We were able to enjoy a great sense of freedom, while still following a specific program.

Our tour lasted 3 weeks, everything went smoothly and according to plan (in terms of the different visits, meeting-up with guides and drivers, hotel reservations, bus journeys etc). It’s now been a week since we got back to La Réunion Island, and getting back to real life has been difficult after a 4 week vacation!

Our trip went extremely well, and everything was perfectly organized.

There was always somebody waiting for us everywhere we arrived, and the hotel staff were always very attentive. Incidentally, we were pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and customer care we received from your service providers! The bus journeys were very comfortable and the different stops we made along the way were very enjoyable. The hotels were also of very high quality, and always in a great location, especially the Presidente Hotel in Aguas Calientes which had a great view over the river. We really enjoyed our experience at our host family’s home on Lake Titicaca, and of course the beautiful sunrise over Machu Picchu. Finally, we have nothing to complain about and we hope to be able to come back within the next few years to explore some more!

Thank you so much for making this stay unforgettable, and we wish you good luck for the future!

We just wanted to thank you for these amazing 3 weeks we spent in Peru, we really had a fantastic vacation, not a relaxing one at all but so rewarding!

We loved our time in the Amazon: the food was absolutely delicious, and venturing into the jungle was pretty unforgettable. What a joy it was to wake up to the sound of tropical parrots!

Thank you for the private Machu Picchu tour with Raúl, it was an excellent choice!

The last little surprise really was the cherry on the cake: the tour of the Anthropology museum was so interesting and a great way to wrap up the trip!
